Colombia Italian Roast
Not quite as dark as our French roast, this single origin Colombia Supremo is roasted in the true Italian style with the beans glistening from the caramelized oils. Used in many of our blends for its semi-sweet and smoky overtones. Of course it's wonderful as a stand-alone cup.

Not quite as dark as our French Roast. When released into the cooling tray this coffee is extremely oily and the bean is a deep auburn in color. One of our favorite coffees to roast! |
